I design (W)LAN's for companies in the Toledo area, as well as also building servers, datacenter LAN's, and datacenter SAN's (storage area networks -- think of them as a NAS that is 10,000 times heavier-duty). I work with 10G, 16G, 25G, 40G and 100G Fiber, Fibre-Channel, and even 400G fiber across datacenter racks. (That's 50GB / gigabytes of data per second -- or one dual-layer BluRay disk being transported across our datacenter per second.)

I've done a bit of WAN work for a nameless (sorry, non-disclosure) Tier-1 ISP. (It was minimal, I was effectively an intern.) Learned a lot there, though.
