I checked the rogers website and it looks like u have 3/ 384 speeds try using tweaks for a 3/ 384 connection https://testmy.net/topic-2097 follow all steps(click the link on #4 for tracert and ping program) also try bypassing your router and just using the modem

ok so the computer that is having the problem is on wireless right? If so there could be alot of things interfearing with the signal ( cordless phones, microwaves, other wireless devices)

wow those ping times are horrible.... Have u called comcast?. Try running a test just with your modem and post the results. Sounds like a hardware problem.

lol....yeah u can get limewire pro through limewire regular. I did the same thing and i noticed that limewire prob hoggs more memory and is not any better at all.
