Same here...had to go to DC and patch up computers in Treasury, Commerce, and Labor And all I applied was a quick registry patch and a vbs script to apply the changes....but all because MS had to be gay and not give out a simple patch for Win2000

Thats why From what I know...users who were on Adelphia's 4/384 and migrated over to RR are still seeing 4/384 instead of RR's equivalent tier of 5/384 or whatever is standard in that specific area. Also I have heard that they are working out the kinks of this massive takeover and once thats done...there will be a more uniform way of placing users with specific speeds, so in other words, you will be seeing RR speeds instead of Adelphia speeds
