Good deal Mtnfolk2, so what did you replace it with, and which package?
-
Nah man its ok. Just needs fibrillated. Open up the back and give it a few shots of WD40, then set in the oven with it set on clean for 3-5 hours. Let it cool and see what it looks like. Take a pic of it and post it. Should work fine then. Get a new phone bro. And make sure it has decent insurance next time. I almost forgot, don't forget to have a fire extinguisher handy while you do this. And do not do it at home. Highly not recommended.

I told Bill you weren't getting your checks. He said he'd fix it. Guess not. Yeah no hurry yet. I'll let coknuck go first. -

then that might be what is messing it up then. Try fixing those two then.

Your question of need depends on your needs first. Are you looking for a right off, to get big enough to hire employees, or any other good reasons to be self employeed. Or will it be like friends, relatives, and family only. If that is the case its a bit of a waste to go legit for a hobby as the IRS would call it anyway.
-
Actually that would be pretty cool. I wonder if any of mine do that. Might become an indian giver before they totally trash them.

Spare battery, or the girls like to play with them. (7 and 8 years)

Lost or stolen works too, and no carcuss to deal with. And I keep the extra parts in my private junkyard just in case.

Yeah, they just love picking on good TV's. Hey, they were good while they lasted.

Isn't it cheaper also?

I have not been on it for about a year. But if it was me they'd either be giving me my speeds, or put me on the home package and not be paying the extra for nothing. And I'd want my extra money back for the last 2 months. I'd say keep looking, something new will come along soon for you to use and kick them to the curb. Try this map just n case, you might be closer than you think to EVDO. http://www.cellreception.com/towers/towers.php?city=kansas%20city&state_abr=mo Cell towers location.

AMC 9 used to be my bird too. But its quite possible its just been over sold like the rest of them. Why I was glad to switch to EVDO. You sure they didn't accidently put you one the home package. If it is constant that might explain it. They shouldn't have, but it would make sense. Since it is 500 DL. When is your contract up, and is EVDO available? (verizon or sprint, sprint beng the better one )

Is it possible you have been fapped? http://www.copperhead.cc/fap.htm 500MB and that would be wiped out.

Have you checked that it is clean? http://www.testmy.net/t-4257 Restarted the modem lately? Is there something that got in the way of the dish signal? Does it have moisture in the lens of the horn?

Well as long as it stays polished, and I'd get free tickets to the show I am sure it would be just fine. -

That was a minimum and debateable. It can be what ever, but through section 8 thats the best one ccan hope for. And thats with the same tenant staying and not causing any problems. (no, not you Dlewis, never ) But up here that is rule of thumb. And when they move out a big raise is in order. Plus a NEW coat of paint. -

Ok first I'm gonna guess that he has never raised the rent and that you said dad well of course the rent goes up as time goes on and he never havng done this says well write me one then? First of all all tenants should be aware of it in the first place. I have never had trouble just tellng them. And usually it should go up like 2% per year. Doesn't sound like much but it really is. But a letter, I've never realy had to write one. Simple explanation of Taxes go up, insurance costs go up, and in general the worth of the house climbs annually. So really you just need an explanation letter. And give them 30 days before the change becomes effective in all fairness. OK. sort of: Dear tenant, Due to the cost of living increases due to increased taxes, insurance, and in general fees and upkeep on the home that you reside in we will now be increasing the rent on this particular unit accordingly by______ and as of now giving 30 days advanced notice of this action. If there are any questions please contact me at 1-800-555-1212. John Henry Property owner. I hope that helped and let me kmow if my guess was close. By the way there was a thread on this many moons ago. Also he should get a decent contract that has this in it already. Their cheap and available on the web for free if nothing else.
