  1. Oh , I thought we were still helping.
  2. Welcome to the forum yehia So you liked that test then?
  3. Welcome to the forum ppills You already; used a couple of my guess's, but... when you said that, then you know you need to go to safe mode and do your duty. I do it every weekend as a ritual. It keeps things speedy that way. Here do these here. Every step. Achieve the Best Performance Out of Your Computer http://www.testmy.net/t-4257 Also post a speed test first along with your advertised speed, and then we will have something to work from.
  4. I am not sure on your setup there danobegood, but on hughes I use their "Browsing Optimization Utility" along with TCP Optimizer also. NO problems.
  5. I will when I can get the wife or neighbor to help me take it. My daughters are a bit young to understand just yet. My MIA employee took it last time for me. I am actually getting impatient for it also. I really do not like posting without being totally involved, but I would have missed out on all of this fun so far.
  6. That happens to me during storms. I lose connectivity. Usually I just leave the page and room after hitting the back button. If I am really worried I will copyy and paste to word or note pad. Sometimes I do it anyway if it is really long and then just copy and paste it in. Easier for me to read it there.
  7. They have explained it before, it gets pretty technical. But believe me when I say it has been challenged by others often. And TMN wins out very time so far. TMN has the most accurate on the net so far bar none. Part of it is the type of test done here. Notice you have to do a few things different than at other sites. See there icg1032, yours likes the much larger one. Some do. My little one likes the 2992 files test. Very nice speeds there.
  8. Yeah, with that fast connection of yours you need a bigger file test for it to get its better speeds. Looks like the 12 meg was big enough though.
  9. Yeah, that part was weird. But it worked for me.
