Might I suggest trying it without the router if possible. Will tell you if it is the router. Also you might try running Ewido in safe mode with networking. Safemode: reboot, continually pushing F-8 till you get there, arrow key up to safe-mode w/networking,enter, next page enter again, till windows starts with black page, run Ewido, reboot, and done. Post back with results. Other speeds are consistent so far. Good luck.

NO SH*T! Lol! That is definitely consistent. Kind of funny that I came upon that by accident. But still does not explain why the 2992 file does that! Or why the same test does weird things to others. No just on this site. I have worked with someone(no name) and we decided I am still getting a little over 1000, he was not sure exactly. But as far as EWO we were working on his speeds and I think he may not of known about cookies and files before each test. I am pretty he was cached. And yes I did all of speakeasy tests also. I will try the speakeasy tests again though.
