EWO, the only beauty about the 7000 over the 6000, as far as I know, is the U/L should be about double. I don't really worry about U/L, except an occasional e-mail pic. As far as the D/L goes, I am not really sure, but it appears others on 7000 are seeing 1000 kbps. Just to be safe I would ask in 7000 forum. You did use the Rev's settings, right? That is all I know about TCP Optimizer's actually, is that it worked for me, so sometimes I suggest it as an alternative for those having problems. Actually I haven't tested my U/L for about a month,but I was wanting to start a thread about U/L's, so that is why I checked.

I could not tell you how fast this is, but I was at my super geeks office one day and I asked him how fast his connection was. Well he started looking up sites, and I swear I had to look at 6 or 7 page changes before I could even see the blink of the page change. Almost like an optical illusion. One of these days I will have to find out how he does that. He had like a 100 Mbps. connection, if I am not mistaken. Damn that was fast, at least compared to Satelite. WOW Also he says to call him that, he has been in computers since early 60's.

If say for instance I have several pic folders, in my pictures. I just click and drag one into the other. I have also done that by having more than one window open. I hope that helps.

Sounds like you have an older comp with old USB. My childrens has old USB and it says the same thing. But it does run,but at a slower speed. Mine is all USB 2.0.

Chase Platinum, no problems, for ten years. Once a credit card co. told me I now owed them an annual fee, I called them and said cancel, they asked what type of card I wanted. They were willing to give me any type I wanted. I politely told them to shove it. Just tell them you are not happy, and see what they have to say. Unless you have credit problems, that might be why. Also it should only cost if you are late, or interest. I always pay in full. Just a choice. By the way, my wifes credit is so bad they will not give her one. Lol And I have a 730 credit score.

manang, you are testing with the 579 and 1013 test files. Try posting with the 2992 file and post those speeds. The lower ones do not always give true readings. Thanks and welcome to the forum. Am also on AMC9. Might also suggest husband use dial-up for toys. Its cheap and won't use fap, and you could use when fap is up. Just a suggestion.
