i just got the upgrade too but according to most people docsis 2.0 isnt capable of doing 5 mb upload on cable and thats what my isp is trying to do. we are getting abou half of that but heh for $45 a month who are we to complain.

i think the highest package is 1 mb upload and 8 mb download business package

comcast doesnt offer 2 mb so how are you doing this?
