yes they are and they are losing by a landslide!!!!!!!!! that file was the old 10/1 settings but i changed it so the upload will get increased but try this file next cause 1 of my comps gets good speeds with it .

download and install cablenut( http://www.cablenut.com/ ) and then use this file attached at the bottom and save it to registry and restart your comp then post a speedtest from here ( http://miranda.ctd.anl.gov:7123/ ) and statistics for me.
