The way I am setting it up once you choose your ringer it sends a download link to your phone you them have to download it... so people will need to have web access. But if you have for instance Vision from Sprint @15/month you can download all you want... otherwise Sprint charges $0.02/KB of data ... But this is a few month off now.

It will be membership driven --- but it will only be a couple bucks a year ~ no ads

Nope... php is not what caused the problem...... insecure phpBB code is what caused the problem. phpBB (my previous forum managment system) has many escurity holes. Supposed to be fixed in the new release........... but I decided I was done with their shit
