I have Insightbb and we go through Level3 also. In the mourning until late afternoon its great. In the evenings is so crowded the speed really drop bad. Hops 8,9,10&11 you are timing out which means you have a lot of lag. Like running into the center of a Hour Glass.

I was using my spare computer while my was down. It was a Pll 350MHZ 124ram. My speeds were 4/384. But on this comp. I was lucky to get 1.5 down. So I would say you are right about meeting verizon's recommended requirements for 15/2.

Yes I got health problems from working there. Because it was under a Pilot Plant status the Company was exempt from Laws. Thats how it got away with it for so long. They did pay well 36-40K back in the '70&'80s was a lot of money then. I would give all that back to have my lungs working good again.
