Glad you said it was in Russian. I must have the same one you used. I started to install it and saw it was in Russian so I canceled it. I've done enough installs to figure it out also.

I did the dial up thing for a long time before I got cable. Once you used to fast you can't go back.

A lot of that is controlled by the site you are downloading from. I have the same problem with some sites and I have a 10/1 line.

Like I said we are having Server problems right now. CA3LE is working hard to resolve the problem with the provider.

When you say 1400KB to 700KB is that downloading a file or taking a speed test? If its down loading a file I think its good. The only difference in the two CCS. file is the numbers. Some need big numbers and some need smaller numbers to achieve the best results. I don't use wireless so I won't be much help there.

I've even read forums where people have used Office 2000 with no problems except Microsoft Outlook. So my answer is do a Custom install and don't use Microsoft Outlook.
