if i take off vertical sync i get like 250fps in cs but try 3d mark 01 if you have a shity computer also for d3d 8 and try 3d mark 03 for a decent computer for d3d 9b and for awesome computers try 3d mark 05 also for d3d 9c . why would you want benchmark on cs its not like you would lag or anything.

that tweaking shit is not going to work here its something in your line 57 ms 61 ms 57 ms 10.34.23.1 your first hope is 61ms something is wrong there so call verizon they can help you but if nothing is wrong with your line something is taking all your upload bandwidth like say all your bandwidth goes to upload and you try to download you send response it is going to take forever so you latency goes up . So you may have spyware sending crap over your connection to other computers. Some Spyware or virus's will do that becuase they can use your upload to load spyware on other computer like your computer could be sending spam over emails who knows but do a port scan and also look at your log on your belkin router and see if anything is using your upload

yes you can limit your bandwidth to your Linux box but first are you using the linksys box with the sveasoft hacks if so then go to the qos part and say ( Linux box ip) say give it all the bandwidth. If you don't have a linksys's box with qos or a router with qos then you may have to make your windows 2003 box a router because it can do more then what a linsys box can. I'm sure you know but maybe not cable modems are not used for upload connections so anything you may want to look into a server from www.theplanet.com or a web server plan

for one dell OEMS Cd's cant be used on anything other then dell systems and you would have to give info on what the message said I'm guessing it was an error that restarted your system then a windows file got corrupt and now you cant boot up.

i don't have dsl with qwest i have wireless that goes through millhouse (small wifi business in Cheyenne) i also have cable but cable sucks (bresnan) and wifi is for my other house . I heard the 7mbs adsl connection is only getting about 3mbs to 5mbs at best and qwest did nothing for the Interleaving from what i know but i would have to see for my self .

Whats the stats with the new 7mbs and whats the stats with a traceroute to testmy.net ? I just wish qwest would get fiber but that have no plans for upgrade for 10 years . In denver there now starting vdsl which they say can get about 30mbs who knows . Mitch

Ive used them all best still to me is IE. I use IE and nerver get spyware nerver get crap on my computer ever. I think is the users using IE that get spyware and exploits through IE. IE takes less system to run and its faster and i like the lay out becuase im used to it.
