there is no such thing as best ISP. All ISP have some kind of trouble. In my are i either get Comcast or WOW (wide open west). Those are for cable services. I prefer Comcast which is the service i have. You could either have 4Mb/384kb ($43.00) or 6Mb/768kb ($53.00). For members only. that is very true. upgrade ONLY if you play online games (xbox, ps2) so the games wont lag. also it is 6Mb/768kb Plan not 60Mb

I have a 3rd computer (old back from 1999). Came with Windows 98 SE, 10gigs, all STOCK no upgrades. All i did was reformat and installed Win XP. All I gotta say is "everything is SLOW". I am going to add a 80Ggig HDD. Can i just add more RAM to help out? Its' got 2 more slots to add RAM. Help me out on this Thanx by the way i am using this computer for FOLDING (now i got 3 pc's)
