so sounds like the problem i had isn't the same as his...u know us women, we have different problems than men do...so what other program is using his file?? i didn't have to do all that to be able to delete it i just used the task mgr/end process and poof it was gone...

then what do ya do from there...what do u guys think it is that's keeping him from being able to remove it??

what's the poll for???...what r we voting on??... can u go into the task manager and end the process that's using this file? that's happened to me before and that's what i did...wasn't a movie tho...it was a song...and actually it turned out to be some sort of spyware...and my anti spyware caught it and couldn't remove it til i ended it in the task manager.

never really had much of a winter this year here in phoenix...40-60 the last couple of days 60-80^ the last month and a half...only used my heater this winter a handful of days...so yeh...global warming it's all right here in phoenix arizona hasn't rained in like 124 days...since before halloween...and the air is so dry dirty it hurts ur nose to breathe...watching the weather, for weeks now, every patch of storm clouds would get to arizona and part like the red sea and go around us... but i hate the cold...so i guess i like this all better...

i know someone that got a teenager a cellphone for Christmas...of course she was thrilled...what she doesn't yet know is that the phone is set up with gps...they pay extra for this but they know where she is at all times...sneaky huh?...but great idea i think... it's for her safety...she's not the type to get in trouble ...but for teenagers that tend to lie about where they are going this would be a great tool to keep them in line...much better than making a dozen phone calls to track them down...wish i'd of had technology like this when my kids were going thru those harrowing years... so the answer to your question is yes the technology is out there...who provides it...i'm not sure...i'll ask them next time i see them tho...and post it
