hey Moonrider bring down console and type this rate and hit tab and enter what does it say? and What type of connection do you have? If you have broadband you should be able to use 25000 as rate, but you can try lower aswell, up to 16 players servers 10000 should be enough if you want to change it just type seta rate 25000 and hit tab and enter VanBuren
