Ok, recently, i made a complete backup of a hard drive and then wiped it out and reinstalled everything. Is it possible for me to recover saved MSN and AIM passwords from the backup? I know its possible on a running system and i have done it before, but can I recover the passwords from a backup?

yea, it was a DW6000 CE... it only happened once though latency does affect speed, but our systems are still capable of much higher speeds... packet loss also affects speed, but i have never had any packet loss...

bursts arent accurate measures of your speed, i have had a 5MB/s burst before... latency doesnt cause packet loss...

call your ISP and tell them you arent getting your advertised speeds...
