some creative thinking... i set a picture i had on my desktop at the time as the background with IE, then i went into the display properties, selected internet explorer wallpaper, and clicked browse... I don't remember my old computer doing this (opening the folder of the picture you have selected) but with my computer, as long as it is a user set image (not one of the windows default ones) I can select it and my computer will open the folder its in...

I'm pretty sure he means he has wireless internet, not a wireless network... just a note...
