Almost all windows crap uses IE .. If you remove it youll be ub3r sorry.. I made a custom version of windows XP , takign out all of the crap i didnt want, including IE, and it was a BIG mistake... needless to say that cd went out the window

Hell even with a 30 / 40 kb upload im still pulling over my cap. You have to remember, not ever server or person you download from can sustaina constant 1.8 mbs ( aka 15 mb/s) upstream... especialy if that server has other users downloading off it. For speeds to drop, its normal.

your gettin 3-4 mb wireless? wtf.... Im using the same router, wired and transfers never exceeded 2.1 mbs.. I DoS'd my computer via lan and got 8.9 / 11 mbs but thats the only way.. Somethigns wrong here
