This may also be the problem.. My first month or so i got horrible cable service. High pings, frequent disconnections , etc. Just give it some time to pan out.

No , but being an idiot and flashing a modem 3x a day to show off temporary speeds, on a forum full of comcast, and TWC workers does qualify people to "snub their noses". Not to mention that we do get to see IP addresses which will further put you in the 'blacklist ' danger. I agree. And ill just be "flashing" a smile when they do get blacklisted
