well, you just got rid of 200 mb's of crap, so that'll help, little bit.

as i found out, one of the main reasons that my old 98 machine was so fucked up (pardon my swedish ) was that we were constantly turning it on and off. that made the hard drive have to go on and off probably 300-400 times in it's lifetime (the pretty baby still works fine, just slow). It's pretty amazing that I've never had the thing just crash on it's own, for no reason. Unless I was doing something really stupid like trying to go on the internet! oh, .s1 did you get your pc fixed? I see it's been up for 1 day and a few hours!

well i've been having that problem also, don't feel left out. i've been stuck at 2.9mbps...there's like a wall between 2.9 and 3.0 for me! i've only got 3 like once recently. it's ok, i can't wait for Verison's Fios service to come out!
