cable_guy welcome to the forum thats a pertty good speed for a 5mbps connection if you have the opportunity to get FIOS i would get that over upgrading to the 10mbps plan

Voltageman if you have a oem sticker on the side of your computer you can use any XP disk aslong as its of the same build of xp that works with that cd-key on the oem sticker.
