that is wierd, i would much rather have the 944 turbo. 290hp is alot for that car mine had like 200hp max and it flew. God i miss that car

thats so stupid, with bellsouth plug it in and you got all your speed right away.

jurzbill its cached, clear your cache and try again. Also dont test in the aol software it will give you a cached result no matter what.

Thats the dumbest thing ever, i have no clue why some DSL ISP's do that. there is no real reason to hold back the speed for any amount of time

if they are chaning backbones there is noting you can do about it, but wait it out.

lost329 your not going to get any faster, your on DSL light and the advertised is 256/128kbps, you close enough. If you want faster then you have to upgrade to the next plan the 1.5 utlra.

yes you need a router. it would not let me login with out a username & pass, and the password you supplyed did not work eather

any port other then 21 or 80. If your on cable internet you wont be able to foward ports in the modem, becasue its not there all ports are open. Do you have a software firewall, or a router?

they most likely blocked 21 out anyways, you ould probally have to do it on a different port.

no you can buy the fan you want to buy, it just goes in a different area, your not buying one to replace the one in the power supply.

for the PC thats not a good idea. for the cable modem its fine.
