ya are you talking the images with you to that other computer, because if your just taking the web document, and not the images with you then it cant grab the pictures because it doesn't have them on that computer

yes it could be a bad router. its just something that happens some times, i would most defiantly give them a call.

they shouldnt be, have you called comcast or Dlink about any of these problems?

well I'm sorry then you are stuck, that is the problem with DSL, distance is a huge factor. and try and tone down the language a bit.

no because your are only on a 1mbps connection and your ISP offers up to 8mbps, that is why the percentage is so far off.

jayko if your advertised speed is 1mbps then your fine, your actually more then fine because you are a 153kbps over your advertised speed.

happykillmore welcome to the forum. Who is your ISP, and have you tried tweaking you connection yet? also have you done spyware/adaware scans and virus scans?

AOL is fast with any highspeed connection because they do massive local caching so you end up getting what looks like almost twice your speed even though its not.
