remove the drives, then download the new ones, and install them in safe mode.

have you been looking around in the ati control panel there is a setting in there for it like nvidia has nview i don't know what the ati one is called. also make sure you plug in the svideo cable before you turn on the computer.

becuase antec uses the best parts, rosewill uses cheap Chinese parts. if the antec fails they will send you a new one no matter what the reason is.

I wouldn't say no to dell, some of there higher end stuff you can over clock. And you can always upgrade a dell.

You want to go anything but cheap with a power supply. Spend as much as you can. i would recommend going with a antec or seasonic

if it is just a DOS attack your going to have to spend some money to get it to stop or just take it off line. And if your running it out of your house it can't be getting slammed that hard.

go with the 3700+ processor the XFX 7900 (see if you can get a BFG tech one they are faster) the power supply is ok, but you could do better, go with the ecs motherboard.
