Simply put...the digital signal is thrown over 2 wire copper, allowing for both analogdigital signals. Now other members will have the numbers when it comes to Mhz and Ghz along with digital signal frequency, so DSL or any form factor DSL will not best cable. Fibre is a whole different story. TheHalf

The <script> I gather is much like that written at broadband client servers. Although much of the host servers here are still run out of CA3LE's. Implementing host .edu's is more satisfactory (and those across the atlantic) can more accurately give any speed test a more accurate result. Perhaps a smaller <script> for direct upload should be common based on ones connection, ie; dial-up, DSL,Cable and Fibre. Reading articles here and abroad on Comcast's 'PowerBoost' I must chime in that I would not care for their powerboost, they don't even increase their upstream. Now taking into account that my provider (Adelphia) has an 'Extreme Tier' of 16Mbps2Mbps that will soon make it to my area, all rests on CableLabs

I ordered the Beta 2 Kit 2007 not to long ago and it came via USPS with 4 cd's (1 Program Disk and 3 Server Disk (SharePoint Server, Groove Server and Project Server)). I HIGHLY recommend PartitionMagic by PowerQuest (before Symantec)! I believe 8.0 was the last release before Symantec, PM me if you need. TheHalf

Your not gonna that far over cap and my belief is the you have the Premiere package (6000/768). If you can post an upload speed to verify. TheHalf

I tried several times last night as well as this morning (to no avail) in hoping I can let the download continue while I was sleeping or today when I'm at work. Does anyone know of a quality 'download manager' I can use? The one at Microsoft seems to be garbage.

Not true! I pay $$$ for a service as well as you (I see you have Verizon), if it's within your budget purchase a better package from Verizon. I am with Adelphia and have their Premiere package...now knowing that Adelphia has an Extreme tier who hasn't rolled it out in my area fustrates me! The idea that Adelphia or Verizon doesn't offer their services (ExtremeFiOS) in an area that they consider a money loss is bullsh*t! It's a service that I am willing to pay for. So as far as me being unappreciative with my current service of 6Mbps768Kbps is hog wash. TheHalf
