  1. So to create something that is entirely useless , is useless, whats the catch ? Think maybe it could be deleting something important? Even though some people's internet god (snopes) says it fake :2funny:
  2. Well if your supposed to be getting 64, and you reached that speed by whatever means, I would consider myself lucky
  3. Didn't you say you had a static IP set at one time ?
  4. Thats a pretty big increase, dang, someone runnin a crapload of torrents in your area huh ? < I love the word "huh" it makes me sound intellectual
  5. No, there's not any way you can change the allocated bandwidth, the way I understand it, the ISP sets what they call a "boot file " within the modem itself, yo try and change that, and you could end up loosing your connection altogether , and maybe a bit more trouble then that lol. You have to be patient with cablenut, try many different files, did you look through all the connection settings for the specific one you need ? Or was there just too many to look through ? Because the one that shows when you start cablenut, is what the current registry settings are.
  6. I agree, but that would be considered cruel and unusual punishment. Someone's mommie would be right there w/ a shitload of kleenex and some don king lookin motherfkr with law books ready to sue the state.
  7. What again is your speed normally ?

    I'm new!

    Hey, hows it goin ?
  9. Yea but then you get into the whole " I don't wanna be here thingy ". You know ? Then they place others lives in danger because they don't care. I'm all for this reform thing, I think there's waaaaaaay too many non violent offenders in the prisons in this country. Just watch california , there gonna be the leaders, the states are running out of funding. Imagine that. Think about it, stupid enough to drive around w/ a sack of smoke ? and then do 70 in a 35 ? That persons too damn stupid already , they don't need weed ! Take the smoke, givem a ticket, I don't wanna pay for a stoner to sit and eat frickin bologna (aka lips and ass holes) and get that ring around the lips thing from washin it down with red coolaid on my buck. Givem a sack of dirt weed, (aka Indiana ditch weed) and community service ! Have at it speedy.......
  10. You could install cablenut, and find the best registry file for your specific connection, I'm certain you would get some improvement from it. If you goto VanBurens cablenut settings page, first download cablenut and install it. REstart the machine. Then go back to the same page and download the " all" zip file, this will contain settings that can be easily installed to cablenut. You'll have to search through the files to see which one suits you best. Each time you install a css file, you should restart the machine, and test here at testmy.net. You'll know when you get the right one, your connection will be faster.
  11. Man, thats awesome, what a difference in your internet experience ! Nice!
  12. There's nothing wrong with those speeds, luckey you for the floods, ( well, floods arent good, but.....) What were you getting before the upgrade ?
  13. Hey cool, your pretty far away So , please excuse me, but I have no way of knowing your computer knowledge, so I'll ask if you know how to " ping " the server here at test my.net. That woul be a good start. There are several ways to accomplish this, even in windows. Post who your ISP is ( internet service provider) , in Bangladesh "BBN-BD" comes up, is this correct? Post what operating system your using, and what type of broadband you have, like cable, DSL , ect. There is a ping utility here at testmy.net, if you look here ( or in the "misc tools" tab at the top of the page , you'll see a bunch of things. Post the ping times, and if you can , a trace route to testmy.net as well. And also post what speeds you should be getting from your connection, as well as what devices are connected within your network.
  14. Thats quite a bit of medication buddy, be careful there. Thanks for checking in, maybe do so more often hey ? It's hard to go back from those amounts, but when you are going through what you are, man. Looking forward to talking to you.
  15. Is this what your looking for ?
  16. :haha: I love that kind of entrance, lets get the stuff outta the way now, so we can have fun later :haha:
  17. Maybe he's on dialup ? Think before reacting please.
  18. Safari is great, and I prefer the grey myself, everything on my machine is either grey, or black. I like the thing because it does what it's meant to, and it does it in a way that keeps it from getting all cluttered up with all that crap the better pat of the rest do. If you like safari, have you ever used any of the webkits ?
  19. Well it was several years ago, I must be mistaken. Anyone remember who that was ?
  20. I missed the trick, what was it again ?
  21. It's one thing after another with your machine dude. You fix one thing, and three others come up, there's something seriously wrong with that. You've already proven to yourself that you have had several virus's, Like i suggested in another one of your threads about similar issues, to just clean the drive and re instal the OS. It's a complete mess at this point, who knows what all is wrong you know ? Or how many more virus's are hiding in there.
  22. There are so many issues with your computer, if it is at all possible, reformat. Try zalternate's suggestion, maybe it will help.
  23. Gotta do, whatcha gotta do , I miss the dancin milk jug though
  24. Just how invasive this program is , is beyond me, I perused through there site, looks fairly deep for a DNS "thing ". Did you change the DNS in the router to begin with ?
