rammolo Posted April 19, 2006 CID Share Posted April 19, 2006 Hi, Clear your cache files from your browser and never do a test using your browsers back button. post again if your advertised speed is more than 4Mb go for a 20Mb test from mirrors, more accurate. If you're using IE then click on "Tools" in the overhead menu and go down to "Internet Options". Then select the "General" tab in the pop up and go down to "Temporary Internet Files". Click the "Delete Files" button here. That's it. If you're using Firefox then click on "Tools" in the overhead menu and go down to "Options". Then select the "Privacy" option in the pop up and click on the "Cache" tab. Then click on "Clear Cache Now".
