That light show never gets old for me. Around where i live theres this HUGE HUGE HUGE drive through christmas light show, they build literally a whole drive through carnival of cutom build light statues and stuff. Its so cool. I love going there too, but sadly i havent gone in two years

I love Trans Siberian Orchestra. Aggr3 and I enjoyed it together for years and the kids were weaned on it LOL. So this one particular show doesn't get old for - it's timeless

Anyways a co-worker of mine bought the computerized light system this year.

He has been a regular Clark Griswold since I've known him, but I want to see his new set-up in action.

Apparently he used the Wizards of Winter also, plus a bunch more.

Definitely a very different and wonderful way to do lighting. Looks expensive also. Totally dazzling.   

Would be the first one for miles to have something like that. How hard would a program like that be too set up. For a novice. Or would it be purchaseable??

The thing that runs the show itself:

Allen Bradley SLC 503

360 bucks on ebay!

the you need 4 sixteen point output cards and fast acting relays. Plus the power cords for the lights and cables connecting them all...

I can't afford that - for sure!
