All I ever get is : When are you gonna be done Are you done yet Can you do this while your here, it's only a little bit more This other guy said he could do it for $$$$$$$$$ cheaper And when it cracks three years later, because of settling and or crappy framing, I get what did you do wrong? Hell , I generally don't set a time limit ( within reason on the warranty). I have aguy right now, that I contracted his house almost five years ago, and he's callin the builder complaining to him that I wont fix the settling cracks for free :2funny: I offered to do the work for time and material ( cheap as hell ) and thats not good enough. So in the end , since he's bein a butt-head, he'll either pay me, or someone else to do it. If he was a little bit understanding, I probably would have done it for a beer.
