Hi my internet download speed is 1.00mb/s but it send a file just 120kbs/s how do i speed up it please help me(i'm running on Windows Xp).Thanks

I am going to assume your supposed to be getting 1 meg service and are only getting 120 k's on the test. My first responce would be to try this link first, then do what Ryan suggested.

to improve your internet speed or firefox whatever it may be,simple thing is delete all your temp files and do not open multi screen at a time..these two are most affect your speed...further doing all simply check your connection speed..

i purchased the 5 meg package and this is my result

Upload Connection is:: 636 Kbps about 0.6 Mbps (tested with 1013 kB)

Thats not bad, turn off a few unneeded things that are running in the background and keep it clean, it might improve? Have you tried the TCP Optimizer?
