One fluke when the upgrade went to 4 Mb, it was flakey, but they had it fixed in a few days. They stopped by and swapped my RCA for a Motorola as the tech explained where the problem was...a routing issue causing a bottleneck over near Chicago. As you can see below I am now on the 6M premium level waiting to check out the upgrade to 8M. :::..
