For the others here in the Tampa Area though: It only takes 3 of their services for 15/2, Converter box, Digital Phone and RR. As for the 10/1 all you need is the converter box and Roadrunner. Unless you are running strictly basic cable you are eligible for at least the 10/1 package. If you have the DVR you're set after a simple phone call.
