Shug7272 Posted November 2, 2004 CID Share Posted November 2, 2004 Ok my wife takes tons of digital pics and likes to mess with them before printing, so what is the best photo editor as far as power, ease of use and options? Any suggestions?

Guest PeePs Posted November 4, 2004 CID Share Posted November 4, 2004 what does the CS stand for after photoshop? It's not different from photoshop 8.0 is it?
CA3LE Posted November 4, 2004 CID Share Posted November 4, 2004 CS is Creative Suite --- it's dope -- I think it's the same as

Gregorama Posted November 5, 2004 CID Share Posted November 5, 2004 I'd suggest Photoshop over anything else. I've just upgraded to CS, though I had been using Photoshop7 for many months prior. I didn't notice much of a change, other than the fact that it was fancied up a bit. Either way, Photoshop is the way to go for photo editing. Guest PeePs Posted November 5, 2004 CID Share Posted November 5, 2004 Cobra, how do u make the animated gifs or whatever? Is it all in photoshop, or do you do the basic backgroud in photoshop and then use some other program for making stuff move?
Gregorama Posted November 5, 2004 CID Share Posted November 5, 2004 You can make things move in Image Ready, which comes with Photoshop.
MICROWAVE Posted November 5, 2004 CID Share Posted November 5, 2004 I think Photoshop is the best but if someone doesnt know computers and wants something that will do everything for them I think Paint shop or Roxio 6 is for non techies and it also copies CD's and DVD's...and my wife is able to use it:) Microwave
