The one that I saw alot was graphic drivers and sound driver not acting like they should.. I was however, not all that impressed with the beta.. Not much has physically changed. I mean a new GUI that is nice but it is not like they reinvented the start menu.. I am sure that the beta is on some torrent sites.. check those. Swimmer Posted September 29, 2005 CID Share Posted September 29, 2005 no it will run... might not be at full resolution.. The graphic problems are related mostly to older or onboard solutions.. you should be alright..

raptors892004 Posted September 29, 2005 CID Share Posted September 29, 2005 i didnt know BSOD really existed on XP, i've never seen one before Its probably cuz on default, WinXP restarts the pc whenever there is a blue screen/fatal error (instead of showing a blue screen)
netmasta Posted September 29, 2005 CID Share Posted September 29, 2005 i didnt know BSOD really existed on XP, i've never seen one before Yup, it does exist. Is it a nicer blue screen that older versions of windows or is it the same nasty blue color, which sends shivers down my spine with the somewhat nasty DOS writing accompanying it? raptors892004 Posted September 30, 2005 CID Share Posted September 30, 2005 i'm thinking its even worse than windows 98.. i'll be better off skipping a heart beat when my pc restarts for no reason, that skipping two heart beats from seeing the blue screen and its console font
