I tried that and it doesnt even let me hit F8,I only have the option to go to Setup/BIOS.Also before it goes to that black screen,it gives me my motherboards info and shows the ram counting up This is rough...I dont want to lose everything

Hey guys I need help with my PC tonigh it shut down and when i restarted...it goes to a black screen and writes on the top left corner GRUB..no matter what I do it just always goes to that screen.If anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated

Yup I knew it was your routing. Also try this..go back to cmd and type ipconfig /release then enter...then ipconfig /renew

Start > Run > cmd > then type tracert testmy.net then hit enter

Run a tracert to testmy and post it here

Ok then...use the settings for 1000/256 and tell me how it goes

So most likely you have a 1000/128 or 1000/256 connection.So in cablenut try Vanburens version 7 settings of either those 2.If you notice any decrease just go back to your current settings ok?

If you're paying for 1 Mbps upload speed than ur supposed to be getting atleast another 800-900 kbps to that upload.
