does it just not let you on the internet? i remember when i was on if you use DSL they have a PPOE settings setup utility, you need to complete, but if you use LAN or cable it should be auto-matic

that's odd, linux usually detects network better then windows, even though i dislike linux, i remember installing it and it detected and used all my hardware without the need for me installing any extra drivers

lol i was just about ready to download it, till i saw it uses 42mb ram, i have 1024 but i'm still not ready to give up 42mb constantly, and somone said it looks like it watches all your actions and that scared me anyway i already use gmail notifier, and the forum emails me when something happens so i know when to check it out

dvd shrink is a great program, and he + the guy who made DVD-Decrypter were paid off to stop making their programs. also, dvd shrink is pretty much perfect as far as removing copy protection/shrinking dvd to fit on to a standard dvd disc so thier is no need for a future version anyway

i would say just uninstall norton, first because its garbage, 2ndly because it sucks, 3rdly refer to 1 and tell your mom that like he said, too many antivirus programs is not only slow, it's fucking stupid and pointless P.S. i sen't you a PM
