Low and behold ened up finding out I had worked the monitor cord loose was all. It was fine. god it was great. The other is 2" smaller. It sucked for a day or two.

I'd say it is a way to try to get other started on the new OS since everyone has found it to be so bad. How else yoyu gonna get them to switch if they are stil ordering the tried and true model. Just guessing.
