Who me Actually I was comparing the resetting of things in your browser, to having to reset everything liike in a total restore. The things I have to remember and redo just to reformat mine. Thinking it is not all that bad what you are doing. Although it is a little tedious just to set up a browser. I really was not picking on you THAT time ISP.

Why not try the TCP Optimizer and go all the way up the speed bar. It might be interesting.

Yeah, FIOS is not making as much money But honestly the fibre probably does cost more to fix, but probably not that much.

OK, I never use the smart test. Just click on the "Largest - 2992 kB ". That should do it. You are filling up your cache while you are testing with the smart test. Just try that and see. Again paste your results.

Actually it would be easier to tell if you stayed in the same thread. But I think so.
