In my opinion sharonkt, unless you are at least running 700 kbps. you are definately not running right. No excuses. The minimum Dway allowes is 200 kbps. You may be the victim in a bad install. How long has it been installed I am wondering if you are properly grounded ? And for goodness sakes get some security on that computer. Might I suggest AVG Free and AVG anti-spyware 7.5. Both free and low on resources, meaning little drag on connection for slowing things down. Is there something else running in the background?
