dumy1dumy "running at only 21.47 % of your hosts average (orange-gsm.com) " simply means that with all the packages on your ISP you are at this percentage. For instance. DSL. Say you compare 1.5 &3.0 & 6.0. Well the average of all speeds would be say 3000 kbps average. That does not mean a 1.5 connection shoud be able to reach those speeds. Nor does it mean that the 6.0 has to go that slow. Just an average of all packages. That is why you need to know your ISP's advertised speeds to you. Nah, I wish. I am 5 miles from civilization. It is not even in my state. Or any surrounding state. By the time FIOS reaches me it will be a slow connection by that time. Like dial-up is today.

So have you tried it going directly through the modem instead of the router? To check out the possibility of it being the router or not? Also have you eliminated the possibility of spyware and such? The rest of that link.

Most times it is sat or dial-up. Believe me we are just waiting. But sat can actually be faster than what you actually have yourself Sparticus013. It just cost too much. Also stated, it will work in the middle of nowhere.
