I have satelite(Dway) 700 down 128 up. $59.95 per month, fap(means you can D/L and U/L only to a limit), and you have to purchase equipment(about $500). Yeah, i get about 1100 Kbps down actually, but I would still trade. Enjoy. It does beat dial up though.

Have you defragged or run disk cleanup lately? Have you got a registry cleaner? Are you virus and spyware clean?

What did optonline say you were supposed to get on downloads and uploads?

Welcome to the forum InfiniteZero. What are your advertised speeds? Is that a DSL 1.5? Have you tried cable-nuts. Are you virus and spyware clean? Did you clean out cookies and files before testing? Also try the 2992 test file. And maybe an upload test, 579 file. Have you tried a registry cleaner?

Point your arrow at the bottom of the screen. When the task bar shows, right click>properties>click auto hide the task bar>apply>OK. Did that help?
