for dsl thats pretty good for dsl and your running about 85% of your line speed for upload. for dsl its a bit harder to get close to your cap cause of line quality and distance but thats still very good have you tried tweaking it a little ?

that might beat the fastest sports cars on a straight away but on the track with alot of turns i bet the sports cars like the mclaren and saleen s7 would win with handling.

welcome to the forum and sorry to hear about your problem. since your on speakeasy you should get close to full speed on www.speakeasy.net/speedtest and try the one that is close to you and then try NY and seattle and post the results here. after that we can try tweaking it to see what we can get i had covad SDSL and my speeds were mostly 1200 to 1400 both ways at anytime of day to just about any server and a T1 should be similar if not better.

that is definitly cached cause the 6 mb plan is supposed to spike to 12 mb with powerboost and the 8 mb plan is supposed to spike to 16 and even if its a little higher that is still double what it should be. clear your cache and try again please
