i would say no unless they have a video or how would it hold up? its there word against yours and if you both have very clean records who wins? i think if its some random person filing the charges you will win but if its a cop you will probably have to pay something.

sometimes it loads normal but most of the time its like this = Page created in 10.51 seconds with 25 queries. anyone else just start getting this?

these are the files from testmy.net except the 2 in the florida mirror that has a 40 mb and a 68 mb download file and i made them just like testmy.nets files and are nearly uncompressable. i tried to zip them and they were the same size. i think its doing that speed man . 142 kB/s is 1163.26 Kbps Or 1.16 Mbps ::: 0.14 MB/sec 139 kB/s is 1138.69 Kbps Or 1.14 Mbps ::: 0.14 MB/sec
