no its not up yet cause its too cold and we want to wait till spring or its warm out but its definitly gonna work but not sure about the speeds yet cause that also depends on what equipment we use. you'll see when its up cause thats the first thing he will post on the site when its done.

what your trying to do by fixing the cap is illegal and shouldnt be tried and most likely capped from there routers which you cant get to.
