ok, the ping deny does seem probable. How would I go about enabling them? There aren't problems with doing that is there? I really dont care if my IP's static. I just want to be able to run the line quality tests. Thanks.

Well I called Comcast, and they said that they would have to send a tech out to look at the signal. But then they run the crap about a 50$ fee if its not their problem, so judging from what I've posted do you think it IS their problem? Or is there a way I could test the signal? He was telling me how theire "High tech tools" would only be able to do the job. haha, I don't think torrents prefer computers. Have you tried other torrent Downloaders? uTorrent has been shaky for me... Sometimes i get 311 kbps other times like .1... I dont know what else to say.

Well if you have forwarded ports on the router, just go to the settings and pick one of the ports you forwarded.

Ok, I hate this. Michael Jordan IS the greatest player to play the game. I am not a kobe fan, but that is amazing. Granted he did shoot over 50%(which is really good) he took 46 shots. The other thing you have to look at is winning. Jordan always won. The lakers are not good. The thing about basketball is that points, and sometimes assists and rebounds are looked at when the player gets a double/ triple double. There are little things that go unnoticed but make a huge difference throughout the course of a game. The bulls were a dynasty, and I highly doubt the Bulls would've been anything without MJ. He made his team a team. For those and many others, MJ will be the greatest player to play the game of basketball.

Yeah, I have 2 computers and a playstation. But I was wondering if I'd need to take it down if a tech were to come.

I was wondering if comcast charges you based on the amount of internet connections you are using or just one, and it's your option to hook the internet connection to a router and have multiple connections?

I think those are flukes, because the speakeasy speed test measured me at 1757 Kbps and 278 Kbps up. The host was in chicago too. http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ that's the site if anyone is interested.
