<edit> I hid the IP as a courtesy to that person For a hacker?
-
Well the IP, 68.87.x.x someone in NJ. I sent an E-mail to Comcast, so what was the point of him trying to run a UDP Port scan? How did he find my computer to try and hack into? Thanks P.S Fallow, any idea from the PM? <edit> I hid the IP as a courtesy to that person

I got an alert from kaspersky saying UDP Port Scan by some IP Address with a UDP Protocol. It's the 06' beta so it doesn't describe what it is. Can anyone describe it and help prevent against it?

I also found this along the way and looks great w/o eating RAM.

Do you have any ideas why AIM would lose connection? -
Whenever I connect my computer directly to my modem it, the 1st hop still times out. I thought it was the modem, so i called my isp and they switched it out with a new one. But it still times out. BTW, when it is hooked up to both my router and my modem, the 1st 2 hops always time out. Would this lead to my AIM always saying connection lost every 15-20 minutes? Also, firefox says its waiting for the site im trying to load for what seems to be a long time. Do the time outs cause that? Im running at about 50% of my cap, and am confused. Thanks if you can help.
