I rip with DVD Decrypter and then use DVD Shrink to edit and burn. I don't multi-task either. But I do know it takes a long time if the box is checked to copy and burn. I have a 120gig HHD so I don't care how much room I use. I just delete the files when I'm done.

Onboard video shares your ram. Mine uses 64meg of ram. In bios I can use 128 or 64 meg. It also subtracts what it uses so if you got 512meg and video uses 128meg you are left with 384meg of ram. I have 1024 ram but when go to MY Computer and properties it says I have 960. 960+64 =1024
