I've been using Vista Ultimate and it is not as fast as XP booting it does seem to get faster with use. I've learned to look at the task bar before rebooting to see what updates they are sending me. Also I look in the start menu. I don't like how they install when you reboot either.

Same here Manual is the way to go so you can check what they are sending you!

I'm paying for a connection with my ISP not an internet cop. I think if your abusing the bandwidth of your ISP, they got the right to tell you to slow down.

You don't! You got to complain to your ISP. Be nice and tell them your paying for a service and they will say its not their problem because their using a Backbone Service. Then you tell them you don't care about the crappy service their willing to except and you are paying them not the Backbone Service so give you a credit for the month because of their crappy service. Call every month until it gets better or more often if want to piss them off!

Considering the Request timed outs on 4 & 8 and the long time on 5. I would say that's your lag right there between all three of them.

Have you run a tracert to see if there are any bottlenecks on your route to the game server?

This NETGEAR WGR614L will use both firmwares you want to use. I have the same router but with stock firmware and have had no problems at all with it.
