I would stick a pin into the reset hole and start from scratch setting up the router.

The disk will walk you through the setup. I take it you got the desktop hard wired? What kind of router is it?

Welcome to the forum! Don't you have the original setup disk for the router? Who setup the one you used with smartbro?

When that happens to the wife I usually take the whole thing apart and clean it. If its just the keys pop them off with a butter knife and clean. This turned out to be to much work for me because she was spilling wine a lot. So I buy Key boards 3 at a time from newegg and just throw the messed up one away.
